Sidekick Core (In-Person) - $59/hour

• 2 hour minimum per session

  • After 2 hours, billed in 15 minute increments

Perfect when you are looking for assistance with home projects, errands, light technology support, managing paperwork, tasks on your to-do list and meal-prep. Also ideal when you would like a trusted, kind and capable companion for medical appointments, cultural outings, walks or general social time. Sidekicks can also drive you to appointments in your car or theirs (see supplemental pricing below).

Sidekick CorePlus (In-Person) - $79/hour

• 2 hour minimum per session

  • After 2 hours, billed in 15 minute increments

Sidekick CorePlus is for clients who require more advanced support (as determined by Sidekick Management). This could include clients with moderate or advancing cognitive decline, as well as clients with complex caregiving needs. CorePlus Sidekicks act as trusted, kind and capable companions, and can also accompany clients to meals, medical appointments, events, and on walks. CorePlus Sidekicks can also advocate on their clients’ behalf with doctors, nurses, aides and/or institutional staff. CorePlus Sidekicks receive additional training.

Sidekick Virtual - $59/hour

• 30 minute minimum per session

  • After 30 minutes, billed in 15 minute increments

Virtual personal assistance Sidekick-style: Your Sidekick can assist with light technology support, scheduling appointments, email correspondence, calendar management, online shopping, travel planning and other tasks or research. 

Sidekick Chats - $15.00/15 minutes

• 15 minute minimum

  • After 15 minutes, billed in 15 minute increments

Catch up, check-in and chat with your hand-selected Sidekick by phone, Zoom or FaceTime at a time that’s convenient for you. It’s your time to share, relate, connect and converse. Can be set up as weekly calls (great gift idea for mom or dad), or chats on request.

Expert Apple Technology Support - $90/45 minutes

• 45 minute minimum

  • After 45 minutes, billed in 15 minute increments

Virtual support everywhere and in-person where available. PC support by request.

New Client Fee

• $199/first year for new clients

  • Includes one complimentary 30-minute, virtual “Meet & Greet” session with prospective Sidekick (a $59 value!)

  • Optional 1 hour, in-person “Introductory Meeting” with prospective Sidekick (for an additional fee of $98)

New client fee includes initial intake, new client profile set-up, background and reference checks, one complimentary 30-minute virtual “Meet & Greet” session, regular check-ins with Sidekick management team, access to all SideCircle programming as well as exclusive programming for members, in-person tours, parties and events, and referrals to our trusted partners.

Annual Membership Fee

• $99/year

Billed annually after the first year. Includes regular check-ins with the Sidekick Concierge management team, access to all SideCircle programming as well as exclusive programming for members, in-person tours, parties and events, and referrals to our trusted partners.

Driving Fees

If a Sidekick drives you in their car or yours, there are supplemental fees in addition to the fees above.

• Fee for the first 10 miles: $15/visit ($30/visit in NYC)

• Fee for any additional miles:

  • If Sidekick drives Sidekick’s car, each additional mile is $2/mile

  • If Sidekick drives client's car, there is no additional mileage fee 

• Any tolls or Manhattan congestion fees are the responsibility of the client and will be added to all invoices

• Note that if a Sidekick is driving a couple, the Hourly Core rate will be $79/hour  

• All driving fees will be added to invoices on a bi-monthly basis
