Robbie has more than two decades of leadership, management and strategic planning experience. She has served as executive director, consultant, program creator and board member at organizations such as The Acceleration Project, The Posse Foundation, Wave Hill, and The College Board. She received her BA from Barnard College, an MFA from Sarah Lawrence College, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Claudia’s professional experience spans across industries and diverse sectors, from tiny start-ups to established corporate giants. She started her career at the National Endowment for the Arts before working in brand management and new product development at General Mills and then Kraft Foods. She earned her BA from Cornell University and her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Nancy is a seasoned strategist, leader and team-builder working with teams at Fortune 100 companies and small businesses in both the private and nonprofit sectors. After 20+ years leading marketing and strategic initiatives at American Express, Nancy served as Chief Operating Officer at The Acceleration Project. Nancy earned her BS from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
