She has served as executive director, consultant, program creator and board member at organizations such as The Acceleration Project, The Posse Foundation, Wave Hill, and The College Board. She received her BA from Barnard College, MFA from Sarah Lawrence College, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Claudia’s professional experience spans across industries and diverse sectors, from tiny start-ups to established corporate giants. She started her career at the National Endowment for the Arts before working in brand management and new product development at General Mills and then Kraft Foods. She earned her BA from Cornell University and her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Nancy is a seasoned strategist, leader and team-builder working with teams at Fortune 100 companies and small businesses in both the private and nonprofit sectors. After 20+ years leading marketing and strategic initiatives at American Express, Nancy served as Chief Operating Officer at The Acceleration Project. Nancy earned her BS from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Director of Client Success
Judy is passionate about helping people age with dignity and live their lives to the fullest. For over two decades, she has worked with organizations that provide services to seniors including AARP, NYU College of Nursing, and VNA Health. As a former geriatric care manager, Judy has a particular focus on assisting families navigate elder-care challenges and reducing caregiver strain. She holds a BA from Amherst College and earned her MSPH from Harvard University.

Creative Director
Lisa has over 30 years of design experience encompassing every aspect of brand expression; her client list includes American Express Travel, American Girl, Aveda, Ducati, Gap, Levi's, North Face, Pantone, and Silicon Graphics. Lisa served as a design director and senior associate with Gensler before establishing her own firm in 2012. She holds a BFA in design from California College of the Arts.

Administrative Assistant
Hannah is the company's invaluable jack-of-all-trades. In addition to administrative support for Sidekick Concierge, she also works as a production advisor and actress. A graduate of Muhlenberg College, Hannah previously managed The Grange, an upscale eatery in Westchester, New York.

(Westchester & Fairfield Counties)Nancy’s unique talent for building relationships and her commitment to making people’s lives easier and less stressful led her to Sidekick Concierge. A Westchester native, Nancy previously worked in talent acquisition and recruiting. Nancy holds a BA from The Catholic University of America and HR/Staffing certifications from Cornell University.
