Sleep and Deep Relaxation

Want to get a deep and restful night’s sleep? If you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, you are not alone. About 1 in 3 American adults do not regularly get the recommended amount of sleep they need. Join us for this special session where we will learn how to get a good night’s rest. 

Led by Cheryl Brause, expert mindfulness instructor, we will:

  • Explore ways to improve our sleep habits and change our relationship to sleep. 

  • Learn the latest sleep research.

  • Practice helpful techniques including breathwork and meditation exercises to relax the mind and body.
