In this session, participants will:
Warm Up and Strengthen: Begin with a gentle, thorough physical warm-up designed to promote muscle strength, flexibility, and range of motion, with options for all abilities.

Led by Linda Cholodenko, a former musical theatre dancer whose career spanned Broadway, national tours, and international stages. Linda worked with legends like Bob Fosse, Shirley MacLaine, and Michael Peters (Thriller choreographer). Now a Teaching Artist with Lincoln Center Education, American Ballet Theatre, and Lincoln Center Moments, Linda creates arts programs for adults 50+.
