Current Events in Context: Executive Power

Join Emmy-award winning journalist, Claudine Hutton, for this thought-provoking series on current events. We’ll explore various topics from the news through the lens of history–and our own personal experiences.

In this session, we’ll:

  • Analyze the Headlines: Break down recent developments in politics, economics, and world affairs.

  • Look for Historical Parallels: Explore whether or not similar events in history can help us better understand today’s challenges.

  • Share Perspectives: Exchange insights and memories in a collaborative and respectful environment.

Led by Claudine Hutton, an Emmy Award-winning journalist with a Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University. Over a 25-year career with CNN, the New York Times and other news organizations, Claudine has covered topics in political, business and international news for television, digital video and live events.
